This Privacy Notice explains what kind personal information we may collect when you visit our website(s) or interact with Day One online, through email, participation in our programs or services or engage in other business interactions with Day One. This Notice also describes the reasons we collect your personal information and how we use it and provides additional details about Day One’s privacy practices.

In addition, we may contact you by text message if you have opted in to receiving text messages from us.  You can opt out of these communications by texting STOP in response to the text message from your mobile phone or text HELP for additional support.

Retaining your information
We keep your personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to serve the purpose(s) for which it was collected. Otherwise, we will retain your personal information for the time period required or allowed by applicable law.
